This is Bob (and Ruby) ❣️
Bob is Ruby’s favourite visitor! Bob travels around his local area, visiting all his favourite furcustomers, oops I mean customers! His customers are never more than 5 minutes from each other, leaving no time to return the missed calls he had while he was throwing the ball and playing catch, I mean mowing the lawn and catching the clippings. In addition, whilst on the road Bob was not set up to invoice his customers remotely, chase any late payments, order materials he needed for jobs during the week, or buy his wife a special birthday present. Bob called Jo and asked if she and her team could help.
Within 2 weeks Bob was set up with a system that he could access via his phone to do invoices on the fly. Jo’s team started virtually to manage his calls so he wasn’t missing any new business . This also ensured he was giving top customer service to his exiting customers. His wife was also very happy that he remembered to get her a fabulous birthday present (it can be our little secret!). Over the last year Bob’s customer base has increased to a point that he can no longer service everyone himself and he is looking to employ his first staff member.
