Jo has over 20 years of experience in various industries, including Graphics and Pre-print, Hospitality and Retail, Construction, Car Manufacturing and Racing, and IT. Her expertise lies in customer-focused administration while managing resources, time, and budget. She has also owned a small business and understands the needs of all businesses. Jo has completed her MBA in Business and is always looking to learn more. She is an active member of her local community and various Virtual Assistant networking groups, and has been appointed as Vice President on the Australian Association For Virtual Industry Professionals Limited (AAVIP) board.

Communication, customer excellence & business manager.

An account, Marcomms, and PR specialist helping businesses develop and execute their communications and operating strategy. From daily office operations to branding, community building and pre-sales, through the customer journey to post sales, account management, and customer delight. With a strong focus on relationships and nurture programs for both internal and external customers, a clear and concise approach to process development, and technical skills to work with a variety of applications.

In May 2026, I joined JM Virtual Business Services with a background in administration, customer support, and web development. Over the years, I have worked across a variety of customer-focused and technical roles, developing strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping people. My experience includes general administration, client support, website management, and assisting businesses with day-to-day operations and organisation. Outside of work, I enjoy technology, gaming, creative projects, and spending time with my dogs.​​

In March 2023, I joined JM Virtual Business Services with over 30 years of diverse administrative experience. My background includes customer service, relationship management, and bookkeeping among other general administration tasks. As a qualified bookkeeper, I have working knowledge of Xero, Quickbooks, and MYOB, and excel in customer service. In my free time, I enjoy writing novels, spending time with my grown children, and playing with my forever-young dog.
