Over the years we have had so many of our clients asking if they can take on their VA’s, onto their own payroll. We take a lot of care in recruiting and like to think that we do get it right most of the time. The clients asking to employ our own staff speaks to that :-) So we have developed this offering to assist our clients with finding permanent staff, lowering the risk to their own businesses and reducing the time involved in finding the right person. We look both locally (on shore) or if you like we can look globally (off shore) as we have partnered with a global recruitment agency. Any industry, any location, any time.

How it works:
JMVBS will hire based on your specific requirements, on a casual basis with the view of full time employment by the customer after 3 months. JMVBS takes care of the of advertising of the role, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding.
